Fees and Payment:
1.Our fees for the Services will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or agreement.
2.Payment for our Services is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our Services.
Confidentiality:
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our Services.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the Services provided.
